Installation & Activation
License activation failed?
- Check if the license file is valid and not expired
- Confirm hardware fingerprint matches (VM migration may change fingerprint)
- Verify system time is correct
License invalid after changing computers?
Licenses are bound to hardware fingerprints. Replacing major hardware (CPU, motherboard) requires a new license.
Proxy Service
Proxy fails to start, port in use?
- Check if the port is occupied by another program
- Ensure collection proxy (1080) and heartbeat simulation proxy (1088) use different ports
- Try a different port
Cannot access internet after connecting to proxy?
- Confirm the proxy service is running (status shows "Running")
- Check that the client proxy type is set to SOCKS5 (not HTTP)
- If authentication is enabled, verify username and password
- Check firewall rules for the proxy port
Secondary proxy connection failed?
- Confirm the secondary proxy server is reachable (test with ping or telnet)
- Check the address and port configuration
- Confirm the secondary proxy supports SOCKS5
Data Collection
No data being collected?
- Confirm client traffic goes through the collection proxy (check connection count)
- Check if packet type filters are too strict
- Temporarily disable all filters to verify traffic
- Check target address filter configuration
Very little data collected?
- Expand packet type filter range
- Disable GameID filtering (conditions may be too strict)
- Extend collection time
- Check signature system configuration
Heartbeat
Game disconnects after replacement?
- Check length calculation mode (Dynamic recommended)
- Confirm heartbeat features match the target game
- Check data pool data quality
- Review error logs
- Check "Packet Filter" rule chain for misconfigurations
Data pool shows insufficient data?
- Collect more data in collection mode
- Lower the high quality threshold
- Check if game type filter is limiting available data
Replacement not working well?
- Use Smart selection strategy instead of Random
- Enable size matching option
- Increase data pool volume
- Try different protocol presets
Traffic Shaping
CV alerts triggering frequently?
- Increase jitter strength (recommended 0.15-0.20)
- Confirm timing strategy is NormalDistribution
- Enable adaptive CV adjustment
Increased latency after enabling traffic shaping?
- Reduce base interval (but not below 20ms)
- Decrease jitter strength
- Disable unnecessary padding
Remote API
Cannot access API?
- Confirm remote management is enabled
- Check listen port and bind IP configuration
- Verify firewall allows the API port
- Check IP whitelist restrictions
API authentication failed?
- Confirm correct admin username and password
- Password is case-sensitive
